KnowledgeCenter operates a flexible approach to undertaking projects subject to client requirements. However, most projects are delivered using Prince 2 principles tailored to suit the particular initiative.

The software and products developed are built to support specific business requirements and working processes, therefore ease of use is always paramount.
To support this, KnowledgeCenter products and solutions are provided with full documentation and structured training courses. These courses can be provided by us or by the client direct. In these cases we are happy to provide ‘Train the Trainer’ schemes if requested.
Bespoke training programs can be designed, developed and implemented for users, internal trainers and for administrator training if required.
